By accessing or using this site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. These terms concern the public website only.
Informational purpose
The site describes A-Wing Ventures and its capabilities for general informational purposes. Site content is not legal, financial, cybersecurity, procurement, compliance, or other professional advice. You are responsible for evaluating whether information is appropriate for your circumstances and for obtaining advice from qualified professionals when needed.
No client relationship or outcome guarantee
Using the site, clicking a contact link, or sending an inquiry does not create a client, fiduciary, partnership, employment, or other professional relationship. A consulting engagement begins only when A-Wing Ventures and the client sign an applicable written agreement. That agreement, including its statement of work, governs the engagement if it conflicts with these website terms.
Examples, capabilities, methods, and descriptions on the site do not promise that any particular result, schedule, cost saving, award, approval, or business outcome will be achieved. Results depend on the facts, decisions, resources, and constraints of each engagement.
Communications
The contact feature opens your email application. Sending an email does not guarantee a response or acceptance of work. Do not send passwords, credentials, classified information, export-controlled information, regulated data, or confidential client material until A-Wing Ventures has agreed in writing to receive it through an appropriate channel.
Permitted use
You may use the site for lawful informational and business purposes. You may not attempt to disrupt or impair the site, bypass security controls, introduce malicious code, scrape the site in a manner that unreasonably burdens its infrastructure, misrepresent an affiliation with A-Wing Ventures, or use site content in violation of law or another person's rights.
Intellectual property
The site and its original text, design, graphics, logos, and other content are owned by A-Wing Ventures LLC or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. A-Wing Ventures grants you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive right to access the site for its intended purpose. No trademark or other license is granted except as expressly stated in writing.

Site availability and disclaimer

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, their total aggregate liability arising from or related to the site will not exceed the amount, if any, that you paid A-Wing Ventures specifically for access to the site during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Liability arising from paid consulting services is governed by the applicable signed client agreement, not this paragraph.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to any law that gives you a right to bring a claim elsewhere, proceedings concerning these website terms must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Maryland.
Changes and severability
We may update these terms by posting a revised version and changing the date above. The revised terms apply to use of the site after they are posted. If a provision is found unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the remaining provisions will remain in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
