Privacy Notice

This notice explains how A-Wing Ventures LLC handles information associated with this website and with email inquiries initiated through it.

What this site does

This is a static informational website. It does not offer user accounts, accept payments, connect to a customer database, or send contact-form submissions to an A-Wing Ventures server. We do not use analytics, advertising pixels, behavioral advertising, or site-operated tracking cookies.

Information processed when you visit

Like nearly all websites, the hosting and network providers that deliver this site may automatically process limited technical information needed to serve and protect it. This may include an Internet Protocol address, browser and device information, requested pages, referring page, and the date and time of a request. Those providers may retain security and access logs under their own terms and retention practices.

If you choose a light or dark color theme, the site saves that preference in your browser's local storage. The value is limited to the selected theme, remains on your device, and is not intentionally transmitted to A-Wing Ventures. You can remove it using your browser's site-data controls.

Cloudflare hosting

The planned production host is Cloudflare Pages. When deployed there, Cloudflare may process technical request data to deliver, secure, and operate the site under its own terms and privacy notice. The current site source does not enable Cloudflare Web Analytics, advertising pixels, or other visitor-level analytics. If that changes, this notice will be updated before the feature is enabled.

Email inquiries

The contact feature prepares an email in your device's email application. The website itself does not send the draft or save it to persistent storage. Draft fields remain in the open page until you change or leave it; your browser or email app may retain its own history or drafts. If you choose to send the email, A-Wing Ventures and the email providers involved will receive and process the sender and recipient addresses, message content, attachments, routing information, and related metadata. A-Wing Ventures uses Google Workspace for business email.

We use that information to respond, evaluate a potential engagement, provide requested information or services, maintain business records, protect our systems and rights, and comply with law. Please do not send sensitive personal information, credentials, classified information, export-controlled information, or confidential client material through an initial email.

How we disclose information

We may disclose information to service providers that support website hosting, network security, and business email; to professional advisers under appropriate duties; when required by law or legal process; when reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, and security; or in connection with a merger, financing, sale, or transfer of all or part of the business. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

AI-assisted tools

This website was built with AI-assisted tools. It does not include a chatbot, send draft fields to an AI provider, or run AI analysis on visitors. Any use of AI tools with client information during a consulting engagement is subject to the tools, permissions, and data-handling terms agreed for that engagement.

Legal bases where applicable

Where a law requires a legal basis for processing, we rely on our legitimate interests in operating and securing the site, communicating with prospective and current clients, and managing the business; on steps taken at your request before entering a contract; on performance of a contract; on compliance with legal obligations; or on consent where the law requires it. You may withdraw consent at any time for future processing that depends on consent.

Retention and security

We retain email correspondence and related business records only while reasonably needed for the purposes described above, including to manage an inquiry or engagement, meet legal and recordkeeping duties, and resolve disputes. Hosting providers control the retention of their infrastructure logs under their own practices. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information we handle, but no internet or email transmission is completely secure.

Your choices and privacy rights

You can browse without using the email feature, clear the saved theme through your browser, and choose what to include in an email. Depending on where you live and subject to legal exceptions, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection regarding personal information we control, and to complain to a data-protection authority. To make a request, email hello@awingventures.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

Because the site does not sell personal information, share it for behavioral advertising, or use it for targeted advertising, there is no sale or targeted-advertising opt-out to apply through the site. The site does not use a Global Privacy Control signal for a separate purpose under its current architecture.

Children's privacy

This business-to-business site is intended for professionals and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent personal information to us, contact us so we can review and delete it as appropriate.

International visitors

A-Wing Ventures is based in the United States. If you contact us from another country, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country. Where applicable law requires a transfer safeguard, we will use an appropriate lawful mechanism.

Third-party sites

This site may link to third-party websites. Their privacy and security practices are governed by their own notices, and A-Wing Ventures does not control them.

Changes to this notice

We may update this notice when our practices or legal obligations change. We will post the revised version here and change the date above. If a change materially affects how we use information already collected, we will provide any additional notice required by law.
