You get: prioritized fixes and a clearer operating picture.
02 / Selected experience
Six outcomes from Kyle’s work in AI automation, cloud infrastructure, and technical program delivery.
Built a document-analysis proof of concept and tested agentic retrieval workflows, giving analysts a faster way to work with complex source material.
Designed an agentic production workflow with quality gates, making recurring content creation faster, more consistent, and easier to review.
Applied FinOps practices, tagging standards, and cost analysis to prioritize action and improve accountability for cloud spend.
Improved secure cloud delivery through migration planning, access and configuration reviews, supply-chain controls, and controlled change practices.
Aligned teams around privacy priorities, dependencies, and decision-making so delivery could continue through changing requirements.
Used stakeholder discovery and business analysis to turn a slow, unclear process into a repeatable delivery workflow.
Selected results from Kyle’s prior employment and independent consulting, not A-Wing contract awards. Outcomes vary by engagement.
03 / How we work
Independent work runs in parallel, with regular reviews to keep priorities and decisions aligned.
Define the business result, users, constraints, and success measures before choosing a solution.
Map workflows, systems, data, and risks. Compare process changes, existing tools, and a tailored build.
Test with the people closest to the work. Use results to decide whether to improve, expand, or stop.
Document the work, train owners, and establish how the team will maintain and measure it.

Work directly with Kyle from the first decision through delivery and handoff.
05 / A few practical questions
Teams of any size, from startups and small businesses to enterprise groups, public-sector organizations, and prime contractors.
No. Start with the result you need, the team’s workflow, and what is getting stuck. Discovery can determine whether the next step is a process change, existing software, a pilot, a tailored build, or no new technology at all.
Engagements range from focused assessments to defined projects and ongoing delivery support. Deliverables, fees, timing, responsibilities, and acceptance criteria are agreed in writing before work begins. An initial conversation carries no charge.
AI tools may support research, prototyping, automation, or delivery when appropriate. We agree on permitted tools and data handling for the engagement, with human review of deliverables. Do not put confidential, regulated, classified, or sensitive personal information in an initial email.
Deliverable ownership, licenses, subscriptions, maintenance, and ongoing support are defined in the engagement agreement, so responsibilities are clear before handoff.
Yes. Send the opportunity, needed capability, and procurement requirements. Company eligibility, registrations, and contract requirements are confirmed for each opportunity.
